Welcome to JDM Network Solutions! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of JDM Network Solutions' website, located at jdmnetworksolutions.com.
1. Booking & Cancellation Terms
For our "Request-to-Book" services (like on-site planning or CCTV installations), scheduling requests are reviewed and confirmed via email or phone. For our paid consultation services, payment is processed securely via Stripe. In the case of on-site service calls ($100), the fee will be credited entirely toward project execution costs exceeding $300.
2. Monthly Device Management Subscription
Our Monthly Device Management plan ($250/mo) is a recurring plan billed via Stripe Billing. It covers proactive firmware checks, security optimizations, and support tickets for a single site. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time using our hosted Stripe Customer Portal, and management will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Hardware & Cable Runs Limitations
Unless explicitly outlined in a custom quote:
- Wireless Access Point and Security Camera mounting fees **do not** include new physical cable runs (which can be booked separately as "Cable Drops").
- Customers must purchase or supply their own UniFi hardware, or pay hardware invoice costs in full prior to deployment day.
4. Limitation of Liability
JDM Network Solutions performs device updates and firmware checks during pre-scheduled off-peak maintenance hours. We are not liable for incidental business losses, packet dropouts, or ISP service failures outside of our managed hardware infrastructure.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
