Why do my UniFi devices need monthly checks?
Vulnerabilities are discovered weekly. Ubiquiti regularly releases stable security updates and feature patches. We make sure these are tested and securely deployed during off-peak hours so your internet stays fast and protected.
How does payment and cancellation work?
Subscriptions are billed securely via Stripe every month. You will receive a receipts email. If you need to cancel or change your billing credit card, we provide a secure, hosted Stripe Customer Portal that you can access instantly from our site.
Does this cover new hardware installations?
The monthly management fee covers checking, maintaining, and updating your active network hardware (1 site). New physical drops, mounts, and hardware deployment are billed separately as one-off services.
Can I get a discount for multiple sites?
Absolutely! If you own multiple properties or business branches, reach out to us via our contact form and we will draft a custom multi-site SLA tailored directly to your layout.
